Candles: Aluminate Life is happy to return or exchange any unopened, unused candle orders up to 14 days after it is received. Please email email@example.com to request a return authorization for any online candle order. Aluminate Life is not responsible for lost returns. Proof of return is valid only when tracking says delivered to Aluminate Life. We are unable to cover return shipping costs. Returns require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, store receipt). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees, but we would be happy to ship your exchange at no extra cost to you.
Essential Oils and Diffusers: Aluminate Life is unable to offer returns, exchanges or refunds on these products. All sales are final.
If there is a problem with your order we would be happy to resolve it within 14 days of receiving the item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details regarding your order. If an item arrives damaged or defective, photographs of the items in question are required for any replacement or refund, so please be sure to include them in your email.
