Welcome to the Aluminate Life Affiliate Program. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, benefits, and responsibilities associated with participating in our affiliate marketing program. By joining, you agree to comply with these terms and any future updates.

Our mission at Aluminate Life is to promote emotional and physical wellness through high‑quality crystal‑infused aromatherapy products. We appreciate your partnership in sharing our brand with the world.

Terms and Conditions

Program Enrollment

To enroll, you must submit a complete affiliate application. We review all applications and reserve the right to approve or decline applicants at our sole discretion. Reasons for rejection include (but are not limited to) websites or content that:

• Promote sexually explicit material
• Promote violence, illegal activity, or discrimination
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Use “Aluminate Life” or misspellings thereof in domain names
• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices

If you are approved and later found to violate these standards, we may immediately terminate your participation.

Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliates receive a unique referral link and/or discount code to promote Aluminate Life products.

Link Requirements

• Orders must be placed through your affiliate link or code.
• Items added to cart before clicking the affiliate link do not qualify.
• Self‑referrals or purchasing through your own link are not permitted.

Commission Structure

Base Commission

Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the net sale amount of qualifying orders.

Affiliate Discount

Customers who purchase through your affiliate link or code will receive a 20% discount on their order.

Qualifying Orders

Commission is earned only on:

• Delivered, completed orders
• Orders placed directly through an affiliate link or code

Commission is not paid on:

• Shipping, taxes, or service fees
• Orders that are canceled, returned, or refunded
• Items left in cart but not purchased
• Fraudulent or invalid transactions

Minimum Payout Requirement & Payment Cycle

Affiliates must generate a minimum of $75 in net qualifying sales within a single 30-day commission cycle to be eligible for a payout.

• If an affiliate generates less than $75 in net qualifying sales during a 30-day cycle, no commission will be paid for that cycle.
• Any amount earned below $75 will not carry forward to the next cycle. Each new cycle starts from zero.
• Commissions do not roll over from one cycle to another under any circumstances.

Commission Cycle & Payout Timing

• Commission cycles are calculated on a rolling 30-day basis, starting from the affiliate’s join date.
• Once a 30-day cycle is completed, qualifying commissions are reviewed.
• Eligible commissions are paid by the 5th of the following month after the cycle ends.

Payment Schedule

Commission payments are:

• Processed automatically via PayPal
• Sent by the 5th of the following month
• Based only on orders that have been successfully delivered

If a commission‑earning order is returned after payment is issued, the deducted amount will adjust your next month’s commission. If no future commissions exist, you may be invoiced for the difference.

Order Processing

Aluminate Life handles all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, customer service, returns, and cancellations. Affiliates cannot handle or modify customer orders.

Customers purchasing through affiliate links are considered customers of Aluminate Life and are subject to our website’s policies and pricing.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you are solely responsible for:

• The content and operation of your website, social media, or promotional channels
• Complying with FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures
• Representing Aluminate Life truthfully and ethically

You may not:

• Run paid ads using Aluminate Life trademarks
• Misrepresent Aluminate Life or claim formal partnership, sponsorship, or employment
• Offer incentives, rebates, or cash rewards to encourage use of your link

Intellectual Property

We grant affiliates a limited, revocable license to use approved brand assets solely for promotion. You may not alter logos, branding, or product imagery. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of Aluminate Life.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

• You must remove all Aluminate Life links and assets
• Commissions are paid only on valid, delivered orders placed before the termination date

We may withhold final payment for a reasonable period to ensure accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

Aluminate Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or data related to the affiliate program.

Modifications to the Agreement

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement establishes a partnership, joint venture, franchise, or employer‑employee relationship.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling and participating in the Aluminate Life Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
