10. Non-stick Cookware
While non-stick cookware can help you save time cleaning, it has a price. The polytetrafluoroethylene that makes Teflon non-sticky emits a poisonous gas at high temperatures that has been related to reproductive difficulties and other health concerns. Stainless steel or iron skillets are always the finest choice!
