A Note from Dr. Liz

I’m skeptical of the pressure International Women’s Day often brings, the expectation to be everything to everyone, all at once.

In my years of observing closely, I’ve seen that most women don’t need another reason to do more. They need a foundation that allows them to move more honestly, and the space to simply be.

This March, we’re moving away from the noise of perfection and focusing on the energy we share with the women who keep us steady.
